Jugendschutz (Protection of Minors)

Der Deutsche Jugendmedienschutz-Staatsvertrag (JMStV) beschreibt eine Ausweispflicht für Onlinemedien welche Inhalte anbieten, die für Kinder und Jugendliche entwicklungsbeeinträchtigend sind oder seien können. Diese Ausweispflicht wird ausdrücklich auf freiwilliger Basis beschrieben. Gemäß der im JMStV beschriebenen Altersgrenzen (identisch zu den Altersgrenzen im Jugendschutzgesetz JSG) ist die Swyx Forum Webseite als "ab 0 Jahre" einzustufen, da sie keine entwicklungsbeeinträchtigenden Inhalte anbietet.
Der JMStV beschreibt ebenso die Benennung eines Jugendschutzbeauftragten. Dies erfolgt ebenfalls auf freiwilliger Basis. Der Jugendschutzbeauftragte zur Wahrung des Jugenschutzes auf der Swyx Forum Webseite ist ihr Inhaber, Tom Wellige. Die Kontaktdaten (inkl. einer schnellen elektronischen Erreichbarkeit - EMail Adresse und Kontaktformular) befinden sich weiter oben auf dieser Seite.
