Hello.

 

1.

I have Mobile Extension Manager up and running on the server.

2.

When a user with mobile extension configured receives a call,

the call is correctly forwarded on the Android mobile device

3.

I installed SwyxIt app on the Android mobile device.

From the app, I cannot connect to the server, connection is always failing.

 

I would like to solve this issue.

 

Do I need to check firewall settings on the Swyx server,

to allow connections from "public" ?

We use VPN for Mobile devices. However none of the users like or use the Swyx App. So you need some kind of 'Public' Access to your server
