Hello I have a Swyx Server (Netphone Server Telekom) running. Everything works ok so far. I can connect my client with the server using remote connector (port 16203). I can call my number, the softphone is ringing, but there is no audio transmitted - i can hear no voice. Sometimes I can here something, but just for a couple of seconds. Most of the time I can hear nothing. I use different head-sets: jambra and plantronics. They are working correct. The configuration of my client (which audio device shall be used for calls) is correct. I guess I just have not all ports openend? What ports a needed at LEAST to make a phonecall? thanks for any help. The systems runs with Version 2015 R3 BR, Joerg
Hi there, I'm looking for a connecting function like "gsePlayAudio". This function was used in an example script ("CeBit_2003_Parties"). I found in the log files the function "gseConnectToEx6", wich I think, would be the function what I need. But I don't know the correct syntax. Is there somwhere a reference to all that kind of functions? I tried to use the same parameters like in the log files listet, but I received always a "type mismatch error".
Hi All, I have a strange issue i am finding difficult to pin down. Unfortunately the two affected sites are using Swyx 2013 so Swyx an unwilling to help. I have a client who has two sites connect via a swyxlink. When a call is made between those two site you get a broken audio to the tpoint where you cannot make out any conversation. This affect calls both ways. I cannot see any issues with the link and the link has worked for many years with no configuration issues. Wireshark shows RTP going both ways and the network team have checked and no audio is being blocked or packets lost. The client had a similar issue between two other site to site links and this was resolved by re-creating the link which we have already tried in this case. Anyone had a similar issue before and can provide assistance? I can provide traces if needed. Kind Regards Keri
