Requires a 1920x1080 resolution, offers 140 speed dial buttons and a second tab for Webextensions (we are using this for querying a database). Nothing fancy but my users like it... :-) Submitter Kaleidoscope Submitted 12/19/2017 Category Office

    Simple Group Membership Management

Hey everyone, at our reception (not sure if this is the correct english word - in German it's called Empfang or Telefonzentrale) we are using a group for all the employees that have to answer the phone. Often we have some employees helping out in case people are sick or on vacation. We needed a way to allow them to add and remove people to a caller group easily and without requiring technical support to help... Powershell to the rescue I hacked together a small tool that allows to do just that. Please use this at your own risk! Error checking is barely existent and the documentation was eaten by my dog! :-) EmpfangIt.ps1

  6. Hey everyone, we were looking for a way to give users to possibility to configure call forwards for a group. We quickly realized that we needed to write something quick and dirty in powershell. If there are other ways to set call forwards for a group please let me know! This is by no means complete and this is far from elegant code! There are no error checks, configuration is completely done in the code (see the button sections) and I ABSOLUTELY DON'T GIVE ANY GUARANTEES that your server doesn't catch fire when running it! So please use that at your own risk! It does the trick for me, so maybe someone finds this useful and uses it as a starting point for greater things! 8. Hey everyone, does someone lurking here know how to disable the user right to change the profile picture from powershell... I'm currently looking for that setting but haven't found it yet! Thanks!

    Minimize instead of close

As there are no answers I guess this is something that currently cannot be done in the software. I still think an option to "minimize to tray instead of close" would be easy to implement and would help out a lot. Maybe someone reads this here and adds it as a feature request? Until then I found a solution using an old tool that can disable the close button of any windows program. This is not very elegant but it works for me so maybe someone else finds this useful. The original tool is from 2004 and can be found here: https://www.donationcoder.com/Software/Skrommel/#NoClose As it is old it has problems with 64bit OS but someone in the forums there fixed the problem in the source code and posted it for download: https://www.donationcoder.com/forum/index.php?topic=1845.0 (2nd to last post in that thread).

    Minimize instead of close

Hi everyone, when using SwyxIt! a lot of users click the "X" to get rid of the window. I know that is the wrong button but is there a way to minimize SwyxIt! instead when a user closes the window? (Quitting the application from system tray with a right-click would be enough...) Is there a way to do that? Any help is much appreciated! Regards!
