PBXScript.OutputTrace

This function can be used to write trace outout into the SwyxServer's trace file. Tracing can be used for debugging of realtime systems and is highly recommended to be used within own script code.

PBXScript.OutputTrace "Hello World"

This function returns an integer value of  PBXSuccess (0) on success. See list of defined return values.

This function can be used at any time within a call routing script. The string being passed as parameter will be directly written into the SwyxServer trace file. You need to enable either the standard server tracing (using the reg file from the SwyxWare CD) or just set the SrvScript module of IpPbxSrv to Info3 level.

This can be done via the Traceflag tool from the CD or by directly manipulating the server's registry:

HKLM/Software/Swyx/IpPbxSrv/CurrentVersion/Tracing
SrvScript (DWORD): 6

For plain script debugging it is recommended to enable just the SrvScript tracing, nothing else (meaning all other modules should remain on Error level, i.e. decimal value 2).
