The iQueue Forum Edition is FREEWARE for 5 Units and supported via the Swyx Forum only

The iQueue Full Edition up to 150 Units need licenses and is supported by Intratel BV.

For the iQueue solution you need:

Up and running SwyxWare v7 (or later)
Administration rights for installation
Usage of SwyxIt! softclients for members (Full modus or CTI modus)
SwyxECR or SwyxProfessional licenses
SQL Server (same SQL server as Swyxserver can be used)

SwyxStandby server is supported!

This is a Swyx Forum project. All support, enhancement and bug requests must be placed into the project's forums.

Support for the "iQueue Forum Edition" is only through this Forum!

Use the iQueue forum for all usage related topics. In regard of this version being a Freeware version there is neither a guaranteed response time for support requests nor a guaranteed solution.
Please do not post in other language than English. This way everone can learn from the posts being made.

The iQueue Forum Edition is not open source but FREEWARE for 5 Units.

Units are calculated as "configured queue's or virtual groups" multiplied with "concurrent logged members/agents".
The freeware forum edition can be used for 5 queue's and one member, 2 queue's and 2 members or 1 queue with 5 members.
The wallboard module will be calculated as a member as well.
