Swyxware 2011 R2 und Headset H370  (Germany)

Trotz Jabra Suite und "originalem" Swyx H370 bekomme ich es mit Swyxware 2011 R2 nicht mehr hin, dass die Hook-Taste am Headset Ihren Dienst wieder aufnimmt. Find' ich nur den Haken nicht oder war das so einkalkuliert? Dauerhaft oder mit Aussicht auf Heilung?

Ich finde das bei meinem (persönlichen) Plantronics CS60 schon hart, wenn das im Moment "state of the art" ist, kann ich das Update trotz der enormen Fortschritte im Audio-Device-Bereich nicht wirklich allen Kunden empfehlen.

BTW: mit einem H391 läuft alles wie gewünscht.

Es läuft jetzt wieder. Jabra Suite in aktueller Version installieren, es muss nur der Dienst "Cisco WebEx Connect" aktiviert werden.
