You might have noticed some changes over the last days in the upper right corner of the Swyx Forum site. Some new icons have appeared, some others have vanished...
So, what's it all about ?
I have implemented a really useful and easy to use key phrase search not only for the Swyx Forum site, but also for the Swyx Knowledgebase, Google and Wikipedia.
Just by clicking on one of the new search icons a small window opens asking for the key phrase to search.
Ok, that's nice. But there is one more thing to tell:
When reading through the Swyx Forum page and struggling over some "unknown" word, just select it (e.g. by double clicking it with the mouse) and click on, let's say the Swyx Knowledgebase. Now a new window opens with the search results directly from the Knowledgebase.
Example: within the Wiki you are reading the Server Script API article. In this article there is a function called PBXCall.LastRecordedMessage mentioned. To check, if there is an example available in the Swyx Knowledgebase demoing how to use this function just double click the word LastRecordedMessage and click on
in the top right corner of the website.
Thats' it. You will be routed directy to the Knowledgebase article Custom VBScript Code - Valentines Greetings (kb2339)
Could it be any easier ?
