Using SwyxIt! to SwyxIt! Video call (7.0.5)  (Norway)
Modified By Morten Rokosz on 9/15/2010 12:10:13 PM)

I try to make Video calls work. Two users are logged in with SwyxIt! 7.0.5 and Video configured the correct way in Local Settings -> Video. However, when user A calls user B with Video, User B sees the video from User A, but on User A the video is also User A Video. E.g. the calling user does not see the called user' video, but its own video.

Is this a known bug?

Probably not a bug! I figured out that User B (the called user) needs to activate video (Functions -> Video). Then a second Video window will open and User A will see User B video. I guess this is a 'security' feature, the called user needs to accept his cam to be shown on the caller side.

To be honest, I was thinking about deleting the whole thread . But then again, maybe someone will wonder about the same thing some time.....
