Webcam Mikro geht nicht  (Germany)

Hallo zusammen,

das neue Clientpack 7.05 (Netphone) hat nun ja endlich die lang ersehnte Videokonferenzlösung intergriert. Erste Tests mit einer Logitech Quickcam Fusion, Webcam C500 und einer Sony Vaio Notebook Kamera funktionierten auch einwandfrei.
Bis auf eine Sache: bei allen drei Webcams bekomme ich das integrierte Mikro im Netphoneclient einfach nicht zu laufen.
Details:
- Auf dem einen System bekomme ich noch nicht mal meine Lautsprecher als Audio Device integriert (Onboardsound eines neuen Asus Boards). Bekomme jedes Mal bei Ausführen des Sound Wizards die Meldung, dass das Gerät schon belegt ist.
Ich habe aber alle mögliche Software ausgeschaltet, welche auch nur im entferntesten etwas mit Audio zu tun haben könnte. Auch die Exklusivnutzung des Device habe ich in den Treibern (Systemsteuerung->Sounds) ausgeschaltet

- Beim Konfigurieren des Mikros über den Sound WIzards tut sich einfach nichts. Sowohl bei beiden Logitech Webcams als auch beim Sony Notebook.

- Alle Devices funktionieren unter Windows einwandfrei. Wenn ich in der Windows-Soundkonfiguration reinspreche sehe ich den Pegel.

Werden Mikros von Webcams in Swyx/Netphone anders behandelt bzw. überhaupt nicht behandelt? Wie kann man dann Videotelefonie mit Freisprechen realisieren? Mit Headset sieht es ja irgendwie blöd aus bei Videokonferenzen.

Hallo,

ich möchte das Thema noch einmal zur Sprache bringen. Hat es schon irgendjemand gelöst? Ich sitze hier auch mit einer Webcam deren Mikro gänzlich von SwyxIt (7.05 und 2011) ignoriert wird. Video funktioniert im SwyxIt einwandfrei.

Kann es sein, dass das "Audiogerät für Sprache" immer aus Mikrofon und Lautsprecher bestehen muss (also Handset oder Headset)? Ich vermute, Mikro via Webcam und Lautsprecher über den PC ist nicht möglich, oder? Es wäre super, wenn jemand etwas dazu sagen könnte. Bei vielen Kunden weckt ein moderner VoIP-Client genau diese Begehrlichkeit. Wenn wir dann sagen müssen "geht nicht" oder schlimmer "wissen wir nicht", kommt das immer schlecht an.
