Swyxware2011R2 - Strange behavior during external call when called is busy  (Italy)

Dear all,

After update Swyx2011 R2 on our system and also  other customer system, the swxyware has a strange behavior when people try to call and external phone, if the called number (mobile or not) is busy, swyx not gives a tone of "user busy" but it try to reach this phone by other free trunks. The caller not hear noting and the telephone or swyxit remain on “Connecting….” for many minutes.

The type of trunk is all ISDN.

Someone who know this problem?

Thanks
