Open Queue v2.0 RC 2  (Germany)

I have just uploaded a fixed version of Open Queue (v2.0 RC2), now capable of being used with SwyxWare v6.12

This release just fixes the SwyxWare v6.12 problem, nothing else.

You find it as usual on the project's download page.

Take a look into the included manual for hints how to update your existing Open Queue installation. This manual also covers now how to install Open Queue on a SwyxWare >= v6.1x system. The previous version just covered v6.02 systems.

Enjoy!

Tom.

Re: Open Queue v2.0 RC 2  (Germany)

Thanks for updating OpenQueue to SwyxWare v6.12. We have updated our SwyxWare last week and had problems with OpenQueue yesterday. So I installed v2.0 RC2, now the problem changed. The green pickup-button has no function any more. When i try to pick up a call via webview, the target is written in the diverting field in the database, but nothing happens. What's going wrong?

Good question ;-) I don't know. There haven't been any code changes beside the v6.12 bugfix. Please enable standard server tracing, do some test calls into the queue and try to pick a call from the queue.  Tell me which call you wanted to pick from the queue (calling party number) and I'll have a look on it.

Tom.
