IpPbxCdr - OpenQueue Vs. Ambilog  (Denmark)

Hi Tom,

I am testing the new queue features, and one thing comes to mind, when using Open Queue's feature "longest Waiting", then it is not possible to use Ambilog, Svar Info or other systems that uses the CDR data from a database, is that correct?

Re: IpPbxCdr - OpenQueue Vs. Ambilog  (Germany)

Hi Tom.

No, that's wrong ! OpenQueue does not alter the data within the IpPbxCDR table which is wirtten by SwyxServer. It uses it's own table LongestWaiting which is populated by a trigger (NEW_CDR) being installed in the IpPbxCDR table. This trigger writes certain data from new inserted CDR records into the LongestWaiting table.

It is still possible to access the IpPbxCDR table from any other application at any time ! There are *NO* drawbacks when using Open Queue !

Just give it a try using Svar Info and you will see
