Conference recieving additional digits (United Kingdom)

Hi,

I have a customer running Swyx Essential 6.02 mp2 10 User.

I have setup a SIP trunk pointing to the Conference User, but everytime you call the number it receives the number as 5006502. 500 is the extension number for the conference user. if i point the sip trunk to anyother user the call route through fine.

At this moment i have setup a Routing User and set the connect to block to connect to extension 500 and that works fine, but i am going to need to setup additional numbers for additional conference groups.

Has anyone come across this before?
