Im facing a bit of a complex problem...
User; X1, X2, X3
Group; X-Group (with all three)
Trunk; X-Trunk (both external numbers are listed, and signal following number / URI; 0ThePhoneNumber)
Trunk Group; X-Trunk-Group
Callring rights; X-rights
Routing; 501 +* (linked to trunk group)
Deny; *
Allow; +*, 177* (service), +113* (their internal numbers)
Now here goes the issue...
X1 has the main number
X2 has no external number
X3 is a FAX with an external number
X1+X2 has allowed SIP logon, and configurated...
X1+X2 uses SNOM M3
If selecting BOTH as outgoing calls from identity 1, it works.... But if X2 is using outgoing identity 2, then the user isnt allowed to make an external call.....
Using a L420 and/or swxyit, same result..... User X2 isnt allowed to make external calls..... Now can anyone please tell me why this is the case?
