Incoming Fax aren't printed (Switzerland)

Hi there

We have a problem with a customer, using SwyxFax 6.02.

Since approx. 1 month, incoming faxes are no more printed to the printer. This was very bad, because they weren't logged, because
SwyxFax means that they were printed (i think)..

I now changed to e-mail delivery, which works fine. But the customer wants the faxes to be printed..

Any ideas? My idea was to acutalize to MP2, but I thought that this problem maybe isn't new..

PS: Server restarted, Print spool-service restartet.. changed printer.. etc. nothing worked!

IIRC i think you can choose to both print and email to do this just setup a forward with the same number but to different destinations. What I normally do is set one forward to go to the printer and have one email address as a catch all for all faxes.

It terms of the problem of not printing... Have you checked permissions. Can you print a test page without going through swyx fax?

You remember correctly. A fax number can be assign multiple times as a forwarding. Nothing stops you from sending a fax to the printer, as email and to the SwyxFax Client at the same time if you want to.
