Bandwith usage?  (Norway)

I got the task to calculate the needed bandwith to connect 200 users to a remote Swyx server using VPN. I have no problem with estimating the needed bandwith for the anticipated number of calls at the same time. But, with this amount of users I have a feeling that I need to consider the bandwith needed for the client/server communication, e.g. registration, re-registrations, status signalling and call signalling. I am sure someone out there knows the innerworkings of SwyxWare well enough to be able to help on this bandwith calculation.

Thanks in advance...
