Re: Ever wondered about the dynamics of queues?

This problem is taken care of with the iQueue solution. If an agent comes free to handle a new call and this agent can handle call's from multiple queue's that contain waiting callers, the iQueue solution makes sure that the corrent caller is being transferred to free agent. The behaviour can manually be influenced.
