Dear Swyx Users While Swyx provides its own professional Swyx DECT 800 solution, it also has its price-tag. A nice alternative could be a Snom m9 DECT solution which provides excellent value for money and is ideally suited for office usage. Major difference between the two solutions: Swyx Dect 800 | Snom M9 | · Supports roaming while in call over multiple base stations | · Support only handset roaming, active calls will be disconnected when roaming between base stations | · Register large number handsets | · Maximum 9 handsets can register | · Can handle 8 simultaneous calls | · Can handle 4 simultaneous calls | In many office or warehouse environments the convenience of wireless communication empowers users and buzzes productivity. The Snom m9 can be effortless integrated into SwyxWare environment. Roaming between up to 4 base stations is supported, BUT you cannot roam while in an active call yet (This might change in the future).
The range of the Snom m9 is 50 meters within a building and up to 300 meters outside depending on the construction and infrastructure of the building. You can download the Swyx Quick Start help file from here. Happy Swyxing and have a good weekend :- ) Cheers Mirjam Swyx Distributor New Zealand & Australia Tags:
