SwyxWare is an excellent tool for great customer service. Did you know that with Swyx you can build also call queues ?
Call queues are perfect for organizations with heavy call traffic or also for Sales and Customer Support departments, never miss a call again. With SwyxWare’s graphical script editor, one can setup various queue with different call distribution scenarios. I have created a short screen-cast on how such a visualized queuing option can look like.
The above sample is an integrated web-extension solution powered by 3iMedia. This Queue seamlessly integrate with your existing SwyxWare IP PBX. The Call-Queue queues incoming calls and serves them to agents as they become available.
How does the queue work: One has the option to greet the caller with a welcome announcement and play the callers position in the queue. Also advertising messages can be played while callers are waiting on hold for the next available agent. Further escalations scenarios can be build based on the amount of callers in the queue, or also depending on how long the callers are queuing for.
Some highlights of this queuing solutions are:
- Agents can login and logout of queue on the Swyxit! or via Phone
- Assign caller to agents in multiple ways; next available, random, longest waiting . . .
- selective pickup of calls from the queue
- Supervisors can intrude any calls with one mouse click from their SwyxIt!
- upload and change advertising, music or messages for callers to hear while on hold
