Dear Swyx Users
Many of you are familiar with the user-friendly SwyxIt! soft phone client. This intuitive desktop application transforms your PC to the perfect communication centre.
A couple of month ago, Swyx released it’s “face-lifted” soft phone client, the SwyxIt! Productivity Version. Below you can find a link to an online tutorial. This video explains the basics operation of the soft phone and will give you good introductions to the new features and functionalities.
Note: The shown SwyxIt! version is compatible with SwyxWare V6.20. If you are running on Swyx Ware version 6.12 or smaller, and upgrade to V6.20 is necessary to run the new soft phone client.
