How does this work?
Streamline your call flow by allowing callers to choose from multiple departments when calling your company and additionally offer them the option to enter the extension of the person they like to reach.

A caller is prompted with a welcome message: “If you know the extension number of the person you require please dial it now, otherwise press 1 for sales, 2 for support or please stay on the line to be transferred to reception.” |

Here you find a sample ECR script, which one can import to your Extended Call Routing Manager. In this sample, the internal extensions are three digits long and start with number 3.
