Dear Swyx Users

How can Computer Telephony Integration save you time in your daily job?  Think of the amount of time you spend looking up your contacts in Outlook and then dialing their number from your phone. Wouldn’t it be much easier if you could look up your contacts and then simply click a button on your PC to dial the number?

Swyx makes it easy for you. Out of the box, Swyx supports “Click to Dial” from MS Outlook. Simply click on the phone dialer Icon in your Outlook toolbar and of you go ……..

Depending on your settings, either the  SwyxIt! soft phone or your desk-phone will start dialing the number.

Further Swyx will also resolve incoming calls against your outlook address-book.

Again, depending on the settings you have chosen in the Outlook Menu "Tools/Options.../SwyxIt!" tab, the outlook-contact will be displayed.
