Dear Swyx Users

SwyxIt! is a great soft phone application running on a PC. One can use SwyxIt! in combination with a headset or SwyxIt! can also remote-control a Swyx Desk Phone.

If you have new employees which have to get familiar with the new telephone system, you make the SwyxIt! Quick-Start Guide available to them. If SwyxIt! is running and you click > F1 <, it brings up the Swyx Help menu where many tips can be found on how to use the new computer based telephony client.

Additional there is now also a SwyxIt! Introduction Video available. This 20 minute video clip will provide your new staff a quick overview on the basic functions of the SwyxIt! soft phone.
