I mentioned it more than once here that I am a great fan of Jim Henson's The Muppet Show. I think we all grew up with this fantastic and phenomenal show and Kermit & Co burned them self into our hearts. It is outstanding what one (or many) can do out of some puppets and great talent and inspiration.

Some 10 years ago I'd written one of my first web pages along with my girl friend back then. It was a huge database with tons of information around the Muppets, the Fraggles, Sesame Street, simply speaking everything being produced by the Jim Henson Company. Google.de listed my/our site for nearly 9 years continuously on position no. 1 when searching for "muppets". It was then when I really understood the hard work behind the scenes and I started to admire it very much.
Today that page is offline. It contained a lot of copyrighted material which we were allowed to use but in Germany there are a lot of so called "Abmahn" lawyers around and I wanted to prevent any trouble.
From time to time I go back and read myself through all that old stuff and sooner or later end up on Google or YouTube searching around.
Last weekend I was in such a "Muppet mood" again, spent some time on YouTube and found some really nice links I want to share with you.
It's the "Making Of the Muppet Show", the "Jim Henson Celebration" show, a "30 Year of Muppets" celebration show and some sad and deeply touching moments from Jim Henson's funeral.
You'll find all the links on my private web site
I hope you are going to enjoy it as much as I did.
