They really make you feel like 'family'. A lot of work is put into future development of SwyxWare, but I am not going to look to the future, it is time to step back into the past. Back in the office after almost a week in Dortmund. As always it was a real pleasure visiting all the Swyxies again. They really make you feel like 'family'. A lot of work is put into future development of SwyxWare, but I am not going to look to the future, it is time to step back into the past. You might remember my blog article A Day at the Museum. The collection has grown now thanks to Martin and Tom. Martin had a really special gift for me this time. He had found a SwyxPhone L100, the first system phone for SwyxWare. It is on display in the office now. Even the box and the 'Benutzerdokumentation' was in perfect condition.  Tom had a slightly different contribution to the museum. A collection of the official Swyx coffee cups through the years. Thank you all and looking forward to the next time. Tags: 1 comment(s) so far...
Re: Museum II BTW, the phone had a kind of a nick name: "Ear warmer". The heat from the electronics inside the phone somewhat concentrates just below the upper rest of the handset and heats that, too. So if you pick it up and hold it to your ear you get a warm feeling...
