With iSIP one can make and receive phone calls through the Swyx phone system. With the App iSIP, one can register on the SwyxServer as a SIP extension. So you can receive internal phone calls from your colleagues.

Did you know that a user can be a member of more than one group?
With SwyxWare once can create us many groups as desired. Setting up groups makes it possible to contact members at a central group number. For example, one can combine all of the company's sales employees into a group called "Sales” and assigned its own extension number.

With SwyxWare one can change the default "Music on hold" to any other pre-configured hold-music file with a couple of mouse clicks. The music on hold shipped with SwyxWare was composed and supplied by corporate-music.com and is royalty free.
"Music on hold" is set in the SwyxWare Administration, under Properties/Music on Hold. Here one can switch to any another music on hold files by selecting the entry from the drop down menu. All recorded conversations are shown in the recorded conversations list. This list contains all recorded calls as well as additional information such as date and time of the call, the phone numbers involved, the extension used and it also signals whether it was an outgoing call (green arrow) or an incoming call (red arrow).
